Condo Owners Pay for Enforcement of the Condo Act

Condo Owners in Ontario are forced to pay $1 per month per condo unit.  There are 1.7 Million condo owners in the province of Ontario.  Forcing condo owners to pay rather than enforcing governance, accountability and fair honest protection isn't fair.  Condo Board Members and Property Management need to be held accountable if they do not adhere to the Condo Act.
