Condo Owners has limited Enforcement of the Condo Act

Have you heard about the Condo Act review overseen by  the Ministry of Consumer Services. Ontarians. It was announced by the McGuinty Government in June 2012 but has taken 7 years and still key changes haven't been implemented.  "Building a Better Condo Act"  has not happened.  Condo Owners need to take a stand
